I need to change.?

I am an athletic kid who has just recently this year become more social. I really need to change the opinion some girl has of me, and I want to change. Normally, I'm against being a poser and trying to be what you aren't, but I am extremely infatuated with this girl. She likes the guys she knows she can't get, like seniors with tatoos, lip piercings, staightened hair, etc. She also likes celebrities like Pete Wentz and stuff. The only problems with me are my appearance, and that fact that I might have A.D.D. and can't stop talking. I just want to know all the steps necessary to change. Currently, I have long brownish blonde hair. The bangs go down to my nose, but the back is down to my shoulders. I am intelligent, strong, and philosophical. I also have a large variety of skills. Please help, and don't be a smart and say "haha, sucks for you!". This should also be part of the style category I think...
