Can my Girlfriend Father and Stepmom put a restraining order against me?

I am 17 (Mar, 31st 94) and She is 16, we've been dating for about six months while she is not supposed to have a boyfriend and Her stepmom caught me talking to her by her window, now ive been inside her house and in her bed, but we never had just snuggled together and talked, the day after her stepmom saw me I decided to break up with her because clearly I was ruining her Home life for her, Now what i want to know is, Can it be possible that Her Stepmom and Biological father could put a Restraining order to keep us appart,? we are both minors.
