What do Americans learn in history cles?

In Europe in history cl we learn about everything from the prehistoric times to the end of the second World War. And most of it is situated in Europe. We also learn about the history in other parts of the world, but as far as I know, almost all important history events happened in Europe. So I was wondering what do you learn in history cl, do you learn about Napoleon, the 100 year war, the reformation, Age of Enlightenment and so one....
