What should i wear to a broadway play?

I'm going to see Jersey Boys on broadway in NYC tomorrow and i was wondering what to wear. It's an afternoon show and after I will be going to a really nice restaurant. Whenever I go to this restaurant, people are dressed up. I was thinking about wearing a lace tank top with a black tank top underneath and then a high waisted black, pencil skirt with a belt, and steve madden suede boots & a leather jacket with a bag. Is this appropriate attire? p.s. I'm only 13 so I'm not planning on wearing a dress.
