What's your best slow cooker/crock-pot recipe???

Kielbasa sliced into 2 inch lengths. Medium red potatoes halved or quartered depending on size (you want them the size of the mine reds but with the sides sliced open, do not use the mine reds themselves) a bottle of good cheesy italian salad dressing poured over the top. Six hours on low. Drain the remaining oil and serve. A sweet Coleslaw containing pineapple bits from a can is ideal with this meal.
