Is Icon Industries Inc a scam?

Yes, it looks like a scam to me (it's probably an individual person 'phishing' for your personal information and possibly trying to get money out of you as well). My thought as to why you aren't seeing any complaint board postings about the 'company' is because the scammer changes the name often. It definitely looks made up to me.
