How can I loose 5 to 6 kgs?

Do not eat anything especially sweets after 9 at night or 2 hours before going to bed. eat healthy like maybe have a salad everyday even if it is just as a side switch out french fries for salads etc. drink only water and tea(hot). only eat 3 times a day or small snacks through out the day but only when hungry not all day. Dont finish everything on your plate even when you want to. You dont have to gorge yourself.
