Why does the recruiters always ask if you got some body pregnant?

All they want is for you to progress in the military. so before you go in MEPS tell him Everything and he may ist in taking care of it first by trying to get you a waiver of some sort. I'm still joining the Marines. Im in the DEP set for shipping next month. he said as long as i don't get 100% custody(like if gf abandoned me with baby) and as long as she doesn't request/demand child support i will be fine. He said it is better to notify them to see what kind of benefits the baby will have.
