Is there a such thing as a "routine or sleeping through the night" when teething?

My son will be 7 months old on the 31st. He is teething and getting his 2 bottom front teeth at once. Did your baby fight sleep and throw there sleeping schedule out of whack bc of teething? He used to self soothe or get really fussy if I didn't have him changed/feed/with his PJ's on by a certain time and in his bed. Now that's all out the door. Is there much I can do besides a little baby orajel to help my little guy out with his pain and get better sleep? Besides teething rings or something cold..Oh btw his nap times are messed up also
