I had the most vivid dream last night?

i had a dream that i had brought home a newborn baby boy. He looked just like my ex boyfriend who him and i just broke up. In the dream i was so excited about bringing the baby home and i went and took a nap and i woke up and the baby and my ex were gone...i just want a sure answer on what it is supposed to mean. i doubt its anything but my curiousity is going crazy lol
