unfortunately you have done all that you can do,short of moving, you might talk to his mom about it but it sounds like it might not help. she sounds like the type of mom that her poor little boy can do no wrong but it might not hurt to give it a try. if he is a compulsive you may have answered your own question right there. he may not be able to help it.
