How long can STD such as or hepatitis b and other similar STD survive inside a condom? ?

I heard an urban legend that there are crazy people that inject their bodily fluids into condoms, so when other people use it they will get infected. So if a condom is in the package in an uncontrolled condition how long can the STD survive?
