Crochet pattern question.?

working a pattern. row below this confusing row is dc, 2 ch, dc, 2 ch, etc. this next row says turn, dc in next dc, (2 dc in next ch-2sp, dc in next dc) across to beginning ch, ch 2, skip next 2 chs, dc in next ch. COMPLETELY hung up. please help.
